Karachi Advanced Diagnostic Lab
Our team consists of hematologists, chemical pathologists, microbiologists and histopathologists. The accuracy and precision of the tests are monitored by strict internal quality control procedures. Most of the special tests are reported within 12 to 24 hrs. The laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art instruments such as the Hitachi Cobas, Vitors, Bactec, Sysmex hematology analyzer and Sysmex coagulation analyzer. They enable us to do all kinds of routine and special tests in all disciplines of pathology: Biochemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Immunology, Histopathology and Cytology
Sajid Khan started his career in 1968 and has 14 years of experience in the United States. He ran the Aga Khan University Hospital laboratory from 1986 to 2024 when he joined Karachi Advanced Diagnostics Lab. He has an MSc in Clinical Biochemistry from Karachi University and has been certified by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) and the American Association for Clinical Chemistry (AACC).
